As experienced professionals retire\, fewer young people enter the field; not because of lack of interest\, but because of lack of awareness\, access\, and training opportunities. \nTo secure the next generation of talent\, we must invest today in education\, hands-on training\, and professional development that connect students and emerging professionals to rewarding careers in the fastener industry. \nAt the Fastener Education Foundation\, we are committed to closing the skills gap by identifying\, cultivating and delivering financial resources for training\, education\, and professional development in the North American fastener industry.
